There is good news for the youth preparing for government jobs in Rajasthan. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has started the recruitment process of Lab Assistant on 1012 posts from today. It also includes 48 posts of Junior Lab Assistant, while 735 posts will be for non-scheduled area and 277 posts for scheduled area.
For this, 12th pass candidates can apply online till 23 April by visiting the official website of Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in. At the same time, the written test of the candidates who applied in the recruitment process will be held on 28 and 29 June 2022. After that the final selection will be done on the basis of interview.
Department wise vacancies
In the recruitment being done by Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, 461 posts of Lab Assistant Science in Education Department, 16 posts of Lab Assistant Science in Agriculture Department, 14 posts of Lab Assistant Science in Rajasthan State Forensic Science Lab and 48 posts of Junior Lab Assistant, A total of 1012 posts including 208 posts of Lab Assistant Science, 128 posts of Lab Assistant Geography, 37 posts of Lab Assistant Home Science will be recruited in the College Education Commissionerate.
Eligibility
Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary examination with relevant subjects. Also, it is necessary to work in Hindi written in Devanagari script and to have knowledge of Rajasthan’s culture.
Salary
Salary will be given under Pay-Matrix Level-8 for Lab Assistant and Pay-Matrix Level-5 for Junior Lab Assistant. However, in the first 2 years of probation period, fixed pay scale remuneration will be given.
Age Range
Candidate age should be between 18 years to 40 years as on 1st January 2023 to appear in Lab Assistant Recruitment Process. Along with this, if the recruitment of Lab Assistant has not come out in Rajasthan in any year and the applicant is eligible to apply for that year. Then he/she will be given age relaxation of maximum 3 years.
Application fee
To appear in the recruitment process, the candidate has to apply through E-Mitra Kiosk or Jan Suvidha Kendra (C.S.C.). In which the fee of Rs 450 has been kept for the general category, OBC of creamy layer category and very backward class. While Rs 350 for non-creamy layer category backward, very backward and economically weaker sections, Rs 250 for specially abled and SC-ST and Rs 250 for the candidate of family earning less than Rs 2.50 lakh per annum.
